I would like to take the opportunity to introduce Trust Care Agency Limited and Trust Day Care Centre and why ‘Caring With Confidence’ is our tag line. Trust Care Agency was formed by Wendy Brown and Sharon Parnell in 2014 and started trading 1st July in that same year. We wanted to start a care company that would offer the very best staff to facilitate the very best care.
Trust Day Care Centre is a exciting new development and a sister company to Trust Care Agency that opened in November 2017. Trust Day Care Centre is a day care centre for the Elderly and those living with Dementia – Based in Norwich City centre. All our staff are expertly trained and are able to provide a excellent range of therapeutic activities for mind and body which all are person centred.
The Day Care Centre is able to provide excellent care and excellent career opportunities.
At Trust Care Agency we supply highly trained staff to assist staff shortages in care establishments as well as caring for individuals in their own homes. We pride ourselves with the fact that we were able to register with the Care Quality Commission (CQC) and have been regulated by them since May 2015.
Within Trust Day Care Centre we are able to offer various packages to enable the Elderly and those living with Dementia, a safe and enjoyable environment to take part in a range of tailor made activities as well as socializing with others.
Trust Care Agency is registered with Continuing Health Care (CHC) via the NHS to provide homecare under their banner. We have also won tenders for supplying staff to many corporate branded care providers such as Barchester, Four Seasons, Countrywide and Norse, as well as several other companies. We have 100% positive feedback from all of the many clients that we have.
We have been delivering domiciliary homecare since our registration with the CQC. We have assisted many clients, some of which have been palliative care, and have always been able to offer whatever the clients’ wishes were. We have also assisted clients back to enablement so they no longer require our services, which are complete success stories for ourselves.
Our training ranges from induction, consisting of infection control, medication, dementia, adult safeguarding, equality and diversity, food hygiene, mental capacity, first aid, fire safety, health and safety and moving and handling, all the way through to specific training in the staff members’ desired specialism. All our training revolves around person centred care ensuring dignity and respect at all times.
We can also train staff members for specific needs of clients, such as continence promotion, diabetes, oxygen and nebulizer management, controlled medication, basically if there is a need we will provide the appropriate and necessary training. We also ensure that all of our staff complete the ‘Care Certificate’.
